With more than 20 years of hiring experience — including 12 years dedicated to talent acquisition and recruiting — I know what it takes to land a job.
I’ve worked across a wide range of organizations—from recruitment firms, where I connected top talent with the right opportunities (and yes, hunted for those elusive “purple squirrels”), to large global corporations and regional mid-sized firms, where I represented the employer brand and built strong teams. Along the way, I’ve collaborated in large cross-functional teams and also reported directly to owners and CEOs. Over the years, I’ve interviewed thousands of candidates, reviewed tens of thousands of resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and learned exactly what makes someone stand out. I’ve also been in your shoes. I’ve landed roles at highly desirable companies without an internal referral by knowing how to tell my story and navigate tough questions with confidence.
